Does anyone know what is the payor ID for Highmark Blue Shield?

Two practices in PA use Payer ID 00865- UCCI-PA BlueShield for their Highmark Ucci Patients.
00861-is UCCI BlueChip (all states)
Here is a link that may help if the one above is not working. ECS services via SD will change Letters into a digit. Often times they must change the Pay Id sequence all together and remap so it sends to payer id published by company. What state are you in?   Highmark BcBs in many states utilizes UCCI as their claims admin,  PA= 00865, or 00865 UccI-BCBS line of biz.

We are in Pennsylvania, and yes UCCI does admin.  

I was told by co-workers that UCCI's payor ID could not be used.  They state that they were told this directly by Softdent.  I do not know if that is a true statement or not.

Other dental softwares do allow eclaims to be sent to Highmark Blue shield, which then allowed for self co-ordination with UCCI.  If that was patient's secondary.  Thus saving time and effort.

Any help would be appreciated

We are presently mailing them.  We would very much like to be able to stop doing that.
