We are sending out a mailing to our patients. We would like to create an entire page of address labels. Is there a way to make this happen?
The following steps detail procedure for generating mailing labels only for patients that are active and do not have user codes of C or L.
The labels that SoftDent Software is designed to use are Avery Standard 5160, Address Labels or equivalent. These address labels come 30 (thirty) to a sheet and are arranged in three columns of ten labels each.
Click Reportsand select Recall/Appt.
Select Hyg Recall. (select the 2nd option as this report’s name varies )
Note: The name of this report in the Recall/Appt list is modifiable in the Recall System Settings. Comon names are "X Hyg Recall, Hyg Recall, or Last Exam".
Select Labelsand click OK.
Select Laser Label file and click OK.
Select the range of "Patients due to receive notices".
Enter the date range that patients were due in the "Dates" field.
Include any other options if necessary: user codes, providers, patient names, etc.
Click Reports in the main menu bar.
Select Print Laser Labels.
Highlight Recall Reminder labels.
Click Print Selected.
Allow the labels to print.
