We want to know why Softdent does not print the correct times on our Monday schedule. This does not happen every Monday though. It seems like it happens randomly every 2 or 3 months, but it's always on Monday. The printed view shows the times on the left with :4,:19,:34,:49 all the way down. It's frustrating because we don't know why this happens, and it's very random. Does anyone else have this issue? How do we fix it? I have attached a photo for you to view.

Hello Harene,
I will call your office to trouble shoot.

This has been identified as a bug. Here is how it happens:
From the Day View, choose Full Day View. Then edit (drag) the start time
of a
blocked slot so that it is the earliest item on the scheduler. When in
Full Day
View, when you end the drag, the start time does not "lock" into the
proper time
slot, e.g. instead of 8:50 it will be 8:47. Then when the Daily Op report
is
printed, it starts the times based on the earliest item (8:47) and goes
from
there (8:57, 9:07, 9:17...)
Workaround:
On any day where the Daily Op report does not print correctly, go to that
day, make sure you are not in Full Day View and re-drag and drop the
blocked
slot to the desired time. Remember, this is the blocked slot that is the
earliest item on the scheduler. Then reprint the Daily Op report and it
should print the times correctly.
