Today I ran statements, but I didn't know that the toner cartridge in our printer was out of ink. The pages printed as blank pages. I followed the directions I found here on how to re-run statements, but it says that there are no statements to generate. How can I re-generate statements? Must I wait until the next billing cycle?

Another option is try to select an older date (the day before):
1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.
2. Select Accounting.
3. Select Statements.
4. Select Paper.
5. Select Rerun Paper Statements.
6. Within the date field, enter yesterday's date or an older date.
7. Allow the job to print

Thank you for replying; unfortunately I have followed those steps three times. Each time it tells me that there are no forms to print. I think I've permanently lost my paper statements this week.
I haven't tested this but maybe you could go into system settings and change the number of days in your billing cycle just for this run. Maybe to 1 day and see if it generates
System>Change System Settings>Billing Statements
Try changing the cycle billing period to 1 day. Run your statements (hopefully this works). If it does, just de-select the ones you don't want to sent and then print. Then be sure to come back into this window and change it back to whatever you had it as before.
