I would like to run an overdue recall report, export it to the Contact Expert. There must be a generic report, but haven't located it in the report section. Help directed me to Reports/recall/Last exam, but I don't see that on my software. Any ideas?

Mark, the recall system can be renamed within Softdent, which is probably why you cannot find that exact report listed in your system. In my system, the report is named "X Hyg Recall", so yours could be anything.
Go to Reports > Recall/Appt > try picking whatever the 2nd report is on the sub menu that pops out. For print options select "Contact Expert", then don't forget to set your date range to get the appropriate list of past due recall patients.

Additionally, to find out the name of your recall system, go to System menu > Change System Settings > Recall > Recall Setup / Codes > On the left hand side, there should be a field that contains the "Name of Normal Recall System". That name will be on your report as well.
Terrific Danelle!, but "Contact Expert" is not an option for output. Is there a option somewhere I haven't initiated? I'm on the cloud.
My apologies - first you must select "Reports", then your printer output on the following screen should be "Contact Expert".

Is there a way to create a daily report of patients seen and their future scheduled recall appointments? Similar to an appointment list but with the patient's future appointments displayed also?
