We are having a hard time with SoftDent shutting down after we run User Selected Patient Reports and our DaySheet is taking forever to run again. Any suggestions or anyone else having these problems?
We have this problem on a fairly regular basis. Usually I tell the staff to run daysheets at lunchtime when less users are in the system in our office.
