Yes, use the "user-defined" selected patients reports. First, you want to "define" active, so that you can put a date as "last visit" ...two years ago, one year ago, it's up to you. Then you can even filter out those who have insurance, or don't have insurance, in collections, etc. Then you can select if they have an appointment. Once you select all those specific criteria, save the report and run. Your list is then ready.
