Reports

We want to create a report that shows our inactive patients that have an existing treatment plan.  We made a Code "IT" to represent this.  Now when I run the report by pulling the code IT it prints all the I patients as well.  Is there a way to make the system look for only "IT" not "I"?

Thank you

Erin

Re: Reports

SoftDent cannot currently view codes as double-digit codes. If you put IT in their patient user code field and run a report looking for IT, it will separate the codes and show you all patients with I and T.

Re: Reports

Trubino, I think you're making it harder than it should be, with your User Code "T".  When you create a treatment plan, the patient has a treatment plan, and you can run the "Treatment Plan" report to give you all the information about that patient and the current status of the treatment plan.  You can include inactive patients, disclude inactive patients, or choose or disclude any other user code you have listed.  To me that's just extra work to use code "T" for patients with a treatment plan.
