Well, with each new release, some issues get fixed while some get created.
I will post things here as they are confirmed.
UPDATE - 9/17/18
It seems that with 17.1 we released an issue where the Bank No field is incorrect or truncated. This revealed and underlying issue that needs to be addressed with a patch release.
If you have a 17.1 disk. Do not install it. We will be shipping 17.1.1 disks within a week or so.
If you are on 17.1 already, don't worry. Everything is ok!
Installing 17.1.1 will fix the issue.
Dexis/Vixwin Bridge Incompatibility.
Kevokerr/Dexis/Vixwin should have a patch available as of today - 9/17/18!
Please contact their support for guidance on installing the patch.

Other 17.1 Bugs:
1. Inability to Tx Plan codes where an arch or quad is required - the codes need to be manually input. Let us know if by posting if you have questions on how to do this.
2. Clinical notes tab and menu item not accessible: We have a definite fix for 17.1.1 and are exploring other options for a quicker timeline.
Workaround: Go to patient info screen. Click Clinical Management from Express Bar, there you can select View either Clinical Notes or Lab Cases
What are you guys experiencing after the update?
9/11/18 - ISSUE UPDATE:
We are hearing about an issue regarding the Insurance Payment Bank No. field data being changed or wiped out entirely since updating to 17.1. We are looking into this issue and will have more information tomorrow.

Are there work-arounds for any of the issues in 17.1 list above? The clinical staff is really stymied by the missing date at the top of the appointment screen & being unable to view the tabs while adding clinical notes.

Is EFT part of the latest vs?
The clinicians are still playing around, liking most things. We've discovered one of our providers' names isn't listed in the providers when you click on the patient banner. How do I fix that?
