Medical Insurance Claims are Not Lining Up Properly Within the Margins When Printing. help!

 It may have to do with which Medical Form you are using....Under Insurance > Forms > try selecting Form #208 CMS-1500 2012 form & see if problem still exists.

I have that selected but it still does not align it is printing below lines. How can this be adjusted?

Try using the 2006 medical claim form (#177 - CMS-1500 2006 Preprinted Laser Form).  Usually, ICD-10 codes are intended for use with the CMS-1500 2012 form; attempting to print ICD-10 codes on the 2006 form can cause the last digit or two of the code to be truncated on the printed claim form. Let's try this?
