Each morning this week I have attempted to run the Sched/Appt Report by Provider by ADA forecast and each time it will not process the report, it gives me the notice that an error has occurred and Softdent is shutting down. This is a report that we use daily so will effect our reporting. Could someone please respond to this issue and give me some indication as to how it will be fixed. Thank you.
i couldn't find an actual article about this case but first thing i can think of is to run ACB utilities and scheduler repair utility
can you please send me contact information and when is it a good time to get everyone out of SD to run these utilities to arrange that for you
I am not sure if utilities were run last night or not but the program is still shutting down when I try to run my schedule/appointments report. I will be in a meeting this morning at 10:30. Please call me before that or after 2:00.
