With one of the updates that was done several years ago, the date in the schedule stopped showing at the top of the schedule when scheduling from a patient's chart. We were told it was known and would be corrected. It's very disruptive to work flow. Is there an update on having this corrected?
Yes, we are still having this issue. Our last update was possibly years ago, when we were told it was a known issue and would be resolved in a future update. Thank you for checking into it for us. We really appreciate it!
