I'm wondering if anyone else has had a recent failure of the sensor to connect to the imaging software?
Our Softdent was updated to some Sensei applications (the Sensei logo now appears at logon) and in the last few days our sensors aren't recognized when we plug them in. Very frustrating.
I know there is a new Elevate migration happening. Can that be effecting our system?
Any thoughts out there?
We are having problems with imaging. We cannot import an image into the patients chart. We also cannot import an image into Fast Attach. We can no longer see thumbnails of our images or X-rays, only icons. We cannot locate the X-ray we need from the folder since all we can see is the windows photo icon (looks like a mountain). I am paying almost $500 a month for Softdent cloud and that is without digital X-rays. It really stinks. If you would like to call me our office phone is 413-499-3440. Dr Matt Schiff.
