I wanted to see if we have an update on resolving the social security number issue on the Cloud version. Because the numbers are being wiped out, the safety net for catching duplicate patients is also being effected. Having the pop up that the social security number is incomplete is a nuisance and we are going to have to reenter all the numbers once the issue is resolved. I have talked with several techs about this issue and keep being told that they are working on it.
Please let us know when we can expect this issue to be resolved.

Thanks Jeff for the update. I just want to be sure I understand the "fix". We use a lot of team talks - Is this still an issue or are you saying that it was the issue and it is resolved.
Version 16.2.8 fixes the issue going forward. If there are existing missing SSN's, the fix will not put them back.
