SofDent X-ray acquisition error

Error occurred launching acquisition -3- Unable to open virtual channel engine. Make sure to be in an RDP or Citrix session and confirm the workstation components are installed.

On hold with customer service. Please HELP!!

Help to fix now:  7/25/2022, 2:20 pm EST. I cannot access Softdent xrays.
