We use it everyday. For the most part we use it to make sure the patient is still eligible for dental benefits. It is unreliable for actual benefits and the information displayed is not accurate in terms of what is covered and at what percentage. Carestream told us that the dental insurers do not always update the information that the eligibility is retrieved from and that is why there is a discrepancy. They advised us to contact the insurance companies to resolve the issue, the insurance companies had no idea what we were asking, they advised us to use their online websites for accurate info. If you are looking for straight up eligibility, then it is worth it, if you are looking for accurate benefit info, then it is not worth it.
