I have a patient who is not assigned to an account. It will not allow me to update, delete, etc. How do I get rid of this?

that would require running delete orphaned patients utility , we can run that utility from the server but everyone has to be out of Softdent while running it

you can run the utility your self but it is always preferred to have our technical support help you running them
this page has step by step instructions on how to run that utility
make sure to have a full backup before entering utilities as some utilities might cause data corruption\loss
