SoftDent and Outlook at Gmail

We've been sending emails from SoftDent by accessing our gmail account through Outlook. As of this morning, gmail will not work with Outlook because Outlook is not considered a secure app. I'm sure this is due to the fact that we have an ancient version of Outlook. The new versions of Outlook are subscription only.

Is there another way to send email from SoftDent with our gmail account? Are we going to have to return to the tedious procedure of exporting xrays to the hard drive when we want to email them?

Though there are newer versions of Outlook, there are also 2 version, a 32 bit and a 64 bit.

The compatible version for Softdent is a 32 bit version.
Office 365 is not compatible with Softdent.

Newer versions of Outlook 32 bits have not been tested yet for compatibility.

I believe you may need to go research google and outlook. I found this article on the web. I searched with the words "using Google in Outlook". Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook
