So I’m going to try and explain as best possible. Our softdent removed the insurance ID example, United Concordia was # 1 and all of a sudden every patient who has UCC no longer have it linked under their insurance, it completely removed #1 and now says we have to manually add UCC / link insurance back to patients account. I’m talking 1000s of accounts? The new id now is 985? How did this happen, support says it’s a known issue and we just have to manually re link all patients to UCC??? Please help!
