I just have a couple follow-up questions for you:
1. Is the label printer recognizable within SoftDent Cloud? If no, check to see if Windows recognizes it. If Windows recognizes it, then does it work outside of SoftDent?
2. Does the print preview work in SoftDent, and the print job fail? Or does neither work?
-- If the print preview works but looks wrong, try closing SoftDent and renaming your label printer from something like "DYMO Label Writer 1234" to "DYMO LabelWriter" and then testing again.
If you emailed support, I did not personally receive it. However, as long as you emailed the right people, someone will get your support request and get it handled ASAP.
