How should we or could we put information in the treatment plan as to why service is needed -like caries, open margin, cracks,etc? So we all can view. Assistant and hygienist do treatment plannig in chart mode-front desk views it from the transaction screen.
When you post the treatment planned item you will be prompted to write a clinical note. At that time, you can enter your reason for doing the procedure. You can read the clinical notes in the chart and from the admin side of the TX plan. You can add conditions to a tooth in the chart that will be added to the clinical note.
