After updating windows I get the above Error Message.
Is anybody else having this issue. Is there anyway to fix this so that I can print my schedule?
Development is still working on this issue. What we’ve done in our office as a work around is to pick just one workstation, uninstall the most recent Microsoft security update, reboot the workstation, then set the workstation to delay MS updates for as long as possible, I think 45 days is max, and you should be able to print from that one workstation the daily schedule.

I'll get this reported to support and will have someone reach out to you.
There is a windows update that is causing the printer error, MS Windows (KB5020872) specifically. You will need to uninstall the update, reboot, and then you will be able to print. Caution - the update will automatically reinstall in some short future date, so you either have to postpone all updates, or be ready to start the process over again.
Have you heard if Softdent will have a solution for this in the future?
The only problem is with the CS Softdent Scheduler . There are no other problems with Softdent or any other programs.
Are you able to print from your printer other items outside of SoftDent?
I am having an error trying to print JUST the schedule from any workstation. ...unhandled exception....
If someone can reach me I will be grateful. This is very disruptive, an anoying
