I just got this pop up message. I do not have the time (or patience!) today to call SoftDent Support & wait on hold for 30 minutes....anyone have a fix for this?!
Concerned that my eReminders might not be updating due to this.
This can be caused by either the CS SoftDent Update server being down for maintenance , Or Can be caused by the office's internet connection being down. this will not effect Softdent working in any way , so you can ignore this message
Ive been getting that message daily for about 4 days. Have the servers been down for maintenance that long? My server shuts down overnight, could that be when the program checks for updates?
Our internet is not down and I believe the message popped up earlier in the week, too....
But my eClaims still go and my eReminders updated so I guess I won't worry!
