bccarestreamrep, Nobody gives a crap whether a user on this "Exchange" (which, btw, is supposed to be an "exchange" of ideas, not continual road blocks and incorrect answers to user's issues) is on "cloud" versus "on-premise". ALL THEY WANT is an answer to their issue.
To date, you continue to give incorrect information. The CORRECT answer is yes, it can be done. If you are "one-premise" there is a utility that Support can help you download and then you can run yourself ALL DAY LONG. If you are on the cloud, then Support needs to run it for you. CAUTION: DO NOT let Support run that utility on their own. Done.
My apologies .... I was made aware just a few minutes ago that the referenced utility is not common knowledge and not readily available to users. Therefore the method of updating the fees within the Softdent program (first screen shot) does not allow one to make the requested changes ... and that bccarestreamrep is correct related to the standard and usual method to update the fees.
Thank you @bccarestreamrep and @drcavola for your input. The Exchange was created to be a place to post ideas, collaborate with colleges, and to get questions answered. Also, to have professional and meaningful conversations with Carestream Dental employees, as well as, dental colleagues. We value our posts from our customers and from our employees, who do a great job of fielding questions and adding to conversations when they are available. As we all know, there are usually multiple ways to do things when working with any software, and things can change even more when it is On-Premise vs Cloud. We like to ensure that we are answering questions based on the product of the person that posted the question. @cdamoney if you need further assistance, please let us know so we can reach out.
