Using Lighthouse's new Campain Builder

Lighthouse new Campain Builder is proving difficult.  They are telling me to use it the way I did their old email system, I will need to upload CSV files created through Softdent.  Problem is, I cannot seem to find the info I need in a report that actually goes to a CSV file.  Can someone please contact me to help me figure this out?  Why can't I find a phone # form Softdent support anymore?

Thanks

I'm unsure that this information is what you're looking for.  Softdent has the ability to send reports (selective) to Excel which uses that .csv file format.  However, that is different than the data that Lighthouse needs for appointments, personal demographic data, phone numbers, addresses, etc.  Lighthouse is extracting the data from your database.  It is not trying to run reports, to crease a .csv file to send to Lighthouse.  Something is amiss here.

The issue (mine alone according to LH rep I spoke to for 35 mins yesterday trying to figure this out) is that I don't "conform" to the standard available criteria they offer to use when I am sending my customized emails each week.  They don't really seem to want me to use the custom emails anyway and kept trying to get me to use one of the standard ones, that are "so great" instead.  That isn't a good option for us.

In their old platform I was able to create and keep "lists" based on my needs and easily and quickly update that each week.  Their new platform no longer allows me to create or keep "lists".  Now I have to select recipients each time I send the email and can only keep lists or use my own alternate criteria if I have it as a .csv file locally to upload.  That is not going to work for us, since the info I used to build my list isn't available in Softdent as a .csv executable report.

Also, LH is pulling info from the appointment notes field as one of their criteria options, but not code or description fields, and I don't think pulling info from that field is helpful, but according to LH, I am (again) the only one who thinks this is odd and must be using the notes field wrong.  They said they don't have the ability to pull from the codes field to use as criteria.  Anyway, thanks for all the help. 🙂

Wanted to let you know that it looks like LH360 heard us.  Today when I logged in and went to the Campain Builder, they have added a new link to take me to our old "lists" which looks like it will allow me to build my lists "the old way" and then export them to the .csv which the new builder needs.  Unfortunately, it is having problems now uploading that .csv file into the new campain builder.

That's good news that they're allowing you to build custom lists the old way. I would imaging they could help you get those .csv files imported properly as well.

Yeah, I thought it was weird too that all of a sudden they were requesting .csv files from the office...but that's what I was told. The exact information they were wanting was not available to give to them as a .csv file...so I'm not sure how Lighthouse and SoftDent will get along in the future when they discontinue their older build eventually.
