Please help with Utilitie access. Gold key shows all users are logged out, I even restarted ALL workstations. Utilities will state that other applications are open----they are not.
This has been an issue for a while. COULD YOU FIX THIS DRUDGERY ALREADY??????? I need to work in utilities on off-patient hours, I came in today to attempt SD utilities access and of course, was rejected.
Also, there seems to be an issue with an incorrect installation of a SD remote employees interface as there is ALWAYS a Python error with the techs name and Carestream on it. This could be part of the problem. I need someone to contact me promptly at 9:00 am on Monday to login and fix all of your errors. AND allow me access to utilites so I can work once again after patient hours.

I recall that "Pearl" service used to keep SD files open and prevent accessing Utilities. If you don't have Pearl, then ignore.
