Hello Everyone!
Anyone out there utilizing the voice option for perio charting? We are considering this for our office and I wanted to hear from anyone who is utilizing it...how is it working for you? Was it difficult to set up? Does it work well or do you run into issues with it?

Hi Kelly,
There are a couple of key factors in using voice perio successfully. First, each user of the workstation needs their own login. The voice system is trained to recognize the speech patterns of the user who is logged in. Second, be sure you're in a relatively quiet room when charting, as background noise causes problems.
