Hi - we had a new patient in today that we activated upon arrival, but when we came to check them out in order to post the transactions to their account the "Check Out" box is pale grey & not blue so we are unable to complete the check out....also the yellow "NEW" icon circled in purple is still displayed in the upper right hand corner of the appointment card which would typically indicate that the patient is not activated, however, if you then highlight the appointment card & click onto "Activate New Patient" it states that the patient is already active....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Did you ever figure this out? Maybe someone else was still in the chart on another computer?
