I Just received a call from a Weave Rep. I am confused why Softdent does not recommend this to their users. Does Softdent endorse this product?
We use this in our office with Softdent. It gives many options on communicating with our patients and also ties in so we can see who is calling from Softdent data. It isn't a perfect interface, but Weave is always VERY responsive with glitches/issues. They communicate exceptionally fast and usually resolve any issues very rapidly.
