Why can't we change the peramiters on our schedule for start time and end time ourselves?

For overall practice hours of business go to FILE>PRACTICE

Click on the yellow OFFICE HOURS tab and then set the office hours.

When setting up your Schedule book, the hours' parameters of Minimum and Maximum set the hours.  Decrease or increase these if needed.  When these are applied, your screen will bounce between these times only when you hit page up or down in the schedule.   Is this what you meant?
