Windows 10 Upgrade Important Read

Everyone,

Microsoft has gotten pretty sneaky with their latest Windows 10 push. They have released a new update that automatically schedules the Windows 10 upgrade on your computers. If your software & hardware (pans, sensors, cameras, etc.) hasn't been certified for use with Windows 10 yet it's recommended you press the "Click Here" option and cancel the upgrade.                                

This is an important read and can keep your office systems out of trouble.

I had this very thing happen while I was helping an imaging client a couple of weeks ago.  The upgrade happened in the background during our online session.  Suddenly, his sensor wasn't showing as active.  I conferenced  Brian Herrmann from our Imaging Support Team into the Bomgar session and he was able to push the Windows 10 driver for the sensor. 

Having your IT person contact our support and find out what settings can be configured "behind the scenes" to give you more control of updates and firewall settings helps everything run much smoother for both Practice Management and Imaging!
