We use Solution Reach and started with them because they also have 2 way texting. We have it set up to send a confirmation 2 weeks ahead of the appointment and they get it by text or email. If they prefer only one way, that change can be made. If they do not respond, they get the same confirmation notice 2 days prior to the appointment, asking to confirm. If they have confirmed their appointment, they it is a courtesy reminder. We have been happy with Solution Reach and use it only for confirmations and birthday greetings. Very easy to use and,once the appointment is confirmed, it can show in Softdent as such. We are on Softdent 16.2.8.
