chart numbers # on the scheduler ?

1.  How do you make the chart # show on the scheduler ?

2.  How do you scan a document into a patient's file  (ie: word doc,pdf )

for your first question i dont think that's possible 

as for your second question 
 
if you're importing a word or a PDF just make sure to change the file type to all when importing
