Does anyone else have an Ipad for patients to sign in and complete e-forms?
If so have you had the Ipad to not allow staff to sign in?
We had all of ours go down this morning. What you need to do is quit the app running in the background to do this push the home button twice quickly this should show tiles of apps running in the background. Swipe up on the patient forms apps to get rid of it, this stops it running in the background. Then push the home button again and reopen the patient forms app. It should now work. Please let me know if you have any additional questions if my directions don’t work. Did you know you can switch patient forms over to an unattended mode so staff doesn’t have to sign in but instead the patients just answer quick questions to login this was a game changer for our practice?
