This is twice in one month! This time we couldn't run any of the end of day reports, b/c we couldn't run the credit card reports.
I don't recall ever having a Softdent related service down ... no less twice in one month. On top of this, it has direct control over cash flow.
What is going on here?
Our sincere apologies for the outage yesterday. An unexpected technical issue caused a very brief outage of approximately 30 minutes. Our development team has performed a root cause analysis and has taken the steps to include preventive action to ensure that this issue doesn't occur again in the future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
FYI - out again this morning. Now, according to my calculations, this is the third time this month.
WHAT is different???? WHY are we getting spotty service?

The fix that our development team deployed yesterday afternoon did not completely resolve the issue and it had to be re-visited again this morning. Service was fully restored at approximately 10am EST today. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
