This beginning-level training is designed for all clinical team members who will prescribe medication electronically. By the end of this training, you should be able to register for ID.me, configure ePrescription preferences, create a new ePrescription, and create an ePrescription for a controlled substance. This training is presented by a Carestream Dental Trainer. (1 1/2 hours)

I have reached out to support because we are having issues prescribing Controlled Substances. We follow every direction that we were taught in the webinar but the information is not being transferred back to softdent. Non-controlled substances are working fine. For controlled substances, I have to look at reports to make sure they were authorized and then we have to manually add the prescription which then doesn't appear in blue because it doesn't sync back to Softdent. I have a reference number for support and hope we can get this remedied quickly. The same issue has happened for two out of two controlled substance prescriptions. Is anyone else having this issue on controlled substances?
