No, not for clinical notes.  Only the perio chart allows for the use of a headset for perio charting if you have the license.

I know the periocharting has a voice recognition option but you have to have that license available on your software and you need to have a specific headset and microphone as well as a "training" session to teach the software to learn your voice.  I don't know of an option for clinical notes but I don't believe that it would be worth it for something like that.
