Is SoftDent really slow and lagging for anyone else? Just us?

My commentary depends on if your office is cloud or premise?

If cloud ... then don't know ...

If premise, then my opinion would be yes, and yes, and .... so is the Support, and so on and so on ...

I believe Softdent cloud runs on AWS so you shouldn't have so many frequent speed issues, check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net, Let me know what your internet speed is and check what speed you pay for on the bill.
