Generating a repot you have the options: PRINT PRINT PREVIEW FILE
So if you choose file and name the file where do you retrieve this file?
that file will be saved on the server in softdent folder , in REP format that is to be used with a 3rd party applications
Thank you I called Softdent and that is what they told me. They did down load a program that I can send the reports to and now email them if need be.
