I have one computer (my main front desk) that cannot open documents or enter a patient's chart without it freezing. I have tried to uninstall / reinstall but it did not fix it. Sometimes when I restart the computer it will work for a couple of patients and then begin to freeze again. Is there any suggestion to rectify this? Thanks!
This is tricky to determine. It could need a firewall turned off, or it could need to have utilities (rebuild/reindex) run or it could be something else? I would suggest checking with SD Support either call or email:

NO, not the dreaded "run the utilities" answer ...
You might want to have your IT person check the power settings and/or the NIC settings to make sure no hardware goes into sleep mode.
