trouble logging into Citrix AGAIN.

Seems like this is a weekly occurrence.  Has anyone has a resolution to these issues? Or is the resolution switching to another platform?

Yes, you seem to have the same problem we are experiencing.  We can't get the help without using outside IT to babysit (thousands of dollars) the SoftDent support team.  A few days later, the same problems recur and require attention and additional expense.  We're dividing our time between staying operational and shopping a different PM Software.
