Hello,

To generate a list of all active patients with a total count of those active patients, run an alphabetical patients list. The total count of patients will be displayed on the last page of the report.

1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.
2. Select Patient.
3. Select Alphabetical.
4. Click OK on the report output options window.
5. Click OK on the Patient List report setup window. Please note that the report will exclude patients with the letter I as a user code.
6. Allow the report to generate.

7.  The last page will have the number.

The Number of Patients with a specific insurance plan

1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.
2. Select Insurance.
3. Select Patients by Plan.
4. Click OK on the output options window.
5. Select the desired insurance plan from which to display associated patients. Please note that to list patients on one specific plan, that plan should be selected in both the Starting and Ending ID fields.
6. Click OK to generate the report.

I would like to get a count of active patients on PPO plans without having to do a report for each PPO plan - is this possible?

Hello,

With following the  steps:

If the PPO Plans are not in numerical order (in a sequence following each other), you will have to run the report for each plan.

Dang.  That is what I was trying to avoid - running for each PPO plan.  The PPO plans are not listed in sequence.

I need to know a total of active patients on PPO plans.
