Printing a whole sheet of labels

We are sending out a mailing to our patients. We would like to create an entire page of address labels. Is there a way to make this happen?

Re: Printing a whole sheet of labels

The following steps detail procedure for generating mailing labels only for patients that are active and do not have user codes of C or L.

The labels that SoftDent Software is designed to use are Avery Standard 5160Address Labels or equivalent. These address labels come 30 (thirty) to a sheet and are arranged in three columns of ten labels each.

  1. Click Reportsin the main menu bar.
    2. Select
    patients.
    3. Select
    Labels.
    4. Select
    Alphabetical.
    5. Select
Laser Label File on the output options window.
    6. Click
    OK.
    7. Enter the letters
CIL into the field labeled "Exclude" under Patient User Codes.
    8. Click
    OK.
    9. Allow the laser label file to be generated. Please note that the labels will not print at this point.
    10. Click
Reports in the main menu bar.
    11. Select
    Print Laser Labels.
    12. Highlight
    Patient LABELS.
    13. Click
    Print Selected.
    14. Allow the labels to print.

Is there a way we can filter through the patients? If I want to send the mailing to over due recare patients?
