WEAVE INTEGRATION

When will WEAVE services be able to integrate with Softdent?   It partially integrates now, but is not real time.  Our office would love for WEAVE to be fully integrated.  We understand you will be offer a similar service this upcoming year, but we are very happy with WEAVE systems at this time and do not want to switch and I am not exactly for sure that your new service would be able to do everything our WEAVE does.

Hi Melissa,

We're not working on an integration with Weave at this time.  This is not to say we never will, it's just not in the current plan.

Hi Melissa,

I am currently looking into Weave and would love to get some input on your experience with them.  Do you like the software?  Does it work well with Softdent?

Leslie,  it's wonderful!   I would not want to ever NOT have it.     You can talk/text to your pts real time.   The only down side is that it does not change the appt to a "confirmed "status.    However,  you get email reports of who confirmed, plus as they are confirming,  you see it in real time when you are in office.   You simply mark them confirmed.    That's the trade off.   The ability to text pts is a game changer!   I say DO it!

Any problems with the phone lines or customer service?  When I looked at reviews those were the two negative things mentioned.  Thanks so much for responding!

If and when we actually have a problem it is momentary, and it's rerouted/forwarded to a cell phone.  The cross over happens instantly .  We have only had to do that once in over a year, and it was for a total of 5 minutes.
