patient labels

I am trying to print patient labels, but when I do a print preview there is only 1 label per page. How do I make the necessary adjustments so I get 30 labels per page?

PLEASE HELP!!!! I've been on hold with Softdent Support for 50 minutes, and I ready to scream!!!

Re: patient labels

Hello,

For printing 30 labels per page, it will be Laser Labels:

1. Click Reports in the main menu bar.

2. Select Patient or select Account (Depending on the type of record the

report needs to be run for).

3. Select Labels.

4. Select one of the following option depending on the record type:

Record Type: Patient

Alphabetical

ID Order

Zip Code Order

User Selected

Birthday

Record Type: Account

Alphabetical

ID Order

Zip Code Order

User Selected

5. For Printing select "Laser Label File" on the output options window and

click OK.

6. Enter any necessary report criteria and click OK.

7. Allow the labels to be compiled. Please note that the labels will not

be printed at this point and once the report has completed, the window

will disappear.

8. Click Reports in the main menu bar.

9. Select Print Laser Labels.

10. Check the "Patient Labels" or "Account Labels" checkbox in the "Laser

Labels" window, depending on the type of record the report was generated

for.

11. Click Print Selected.

12. Allow the labels to be printed.
