Our office received a message from Carestream Dental on December 30, 2022 that the NEW 2023 PROCEDURE CODES have been updated in our system. They are still not in our system. We called WINOMS support this morning. The rep confirmed our database has not been updated. He said no one was responding from the cloud department, and he would have to put a ticket in. The last 2 tickets we had in took months for a response. We need this update asap! Many of the new codes pertain to our practice, and the treatment planning will have to be redone. Can someone help?!
