To restore performance quickly, please download the installation package attached to this post. You will see MTM Mobile for PracticeWorks 220.127.116.11. (This is correct link for all WinOMS customers):

This can only be done from the PC/Server where Pearl is installed.
**PLEASE NOTE** This installation requires .NET Framework 4.6 or higher. If you are not currently running this .NET Framework 4.6 or higher, you will be prompted to do so during the install process. This will require a reboot and the install process will continue after that is complete.
After downloaded from this post, right click and select> Unzip to extract all files into the same folder in the server.
Right click on file MTM-PracticeWorks-InstallUtilExe.exe and select the option Run as Administrator.
A command screen will appear. It will uninstall the previous Pearl version and install the new one.
To ensure that you have successfully updated, open the Pearl Admin Client and check the version on the bottom of the first tab. It should say: 18.104.22.168.
