I am looking to create a report to a spread sheet for future patient appointments and will have the insurances on this so we can check benefits for efficiently. Example is to sort all the patients with delta dental or cigna etc. so when we call or go online we can get all the info we need for those insurances. Does anyone else have an easy way to check benefits? company or trick within carestream? The eligibility button is just for elig. and does not give us all we need when checking benefits and it doesn't always work.
