Just trying to get some feedback from any WINOMS users that use Patient Manager for appointment reminders and text communication. We have been told Lighthouse 360 will no longer be compatible when we finally move to the latest version of WINOMS. This is the message we received about a year ago...
We wanted to inform you that Lighthouse is not currently compatible with the latest version of WinOMS (version 10.x). If you upgrade to the WinOMS version 10, Lighthouse will not be able to read your patient and appointment information and thus we will be unable to send communications to your clients. We are working closely with Carestream on integrating with this version. However, we are unable to provide a specific timeline when this work will complete. We will provide updates when the integration work is ready. |
We use it. Its not as advanced as it could be but the being able to text is huge for us right now. Everyone wants to text instead of call to confirm, cancel etc. We can communicate easily when missing info to have them call us to get it to us. We like it and have been using it for over a year
We switched because we were on WinOMS e reminders, and they didn't work with the new platform. We are still getting used to it since we only went Live on July 12 The appointment reminders are doing good there is a delay in marking with WinOMS. Recall we are adjusting to a new office format
