Support is in need of emergency after hours support. Today was the second time in the last 2 weeks that we have come in at 7:00 EST and WinOMS Cloud wasn't working. We have 100 cloud users who couldn't use WinOMS and I am unable to call before 8AM EST. Emergency support would be helpful for the offices like ours that work on the weekends. Please consider having someone available to assist for emergencies.
